This Terms and Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 365judi ("Platform", "we", "us"). These terms govern the use of the 365judi website, all gaming products, sports betting services, online casino, slots, and all other features provided by this platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Using the 365judi platform means you expressly and clearly accept all the terms and conditions contained in this document. This acceptance takes effect from the first date you access or use our services, whether through the website, mobile application, or any other digital medium provided by 365judi.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the 365judi platform. Continued use after any update to the terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

2. User Eligibility

To register and use the 365judi platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times of use:

• Be at least 21 years of age on the date of registration.
• Be capable of entering into a valid contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Not be represented by any other party when registering or using the account.
• Not fall under any category of individuals excluded from using online gambling services.
• Not currently have an untreated gambling addiction or be on an active self-exclusion programme.

This platform is not available to 365judi staff, their immediate family members, or any individuals directly involved in the management and operation of this platform.

3. Account Registration

One Account Per User

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account at 365judi. Opening multiple accounts, whether using the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in all related accounts being terminated and their balances forfeited.

Accuracy of Information

All information submitted during registration must be accurate, truthful, and current. 365judi reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including a copy of your identification card (MyKad) or relevant documents for compliance and security purposes.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for the security of your account username and password. Any activity that takes place through your account is considered to have been authorised by you. Contact 365judi customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without permission.

4. Deposits & Payment Methods

365judi accepts deposits via the following local and international payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, as well as cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC, and ETH.

The minimum deposit amount per method is RM10. There is no set maximum deposit limit, however transactions exceeding certain thresholds may require additional review for compliance purposes.

• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Deposits using third-party payment methods are not permitted and may result in the transaction being rejected.
• Deposited funds cannot be transferred out without going through a valid gameplay process.
• 365judi is not responsible for any additional fees charged by third-party payment providers.

If there is any discrepancy or issue with your deposit, contact our customer support team within 24 hours of the transaction. After that period, resolution may take longer.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals can be made through the same payment methods used for deposits. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 and is processed within 10–45 minutes after the request is submitted and verified.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The account must have completed the full identity verification process before the first withdrawal is processed.
• The chosen withdrawal method must be the same as or related to the original deposit method.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to an account registered in the same user's name.
• Any wagering requirements related to bonuses must be fully met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.

Original deposit funds (your own money not involving any bonus) can be withdrawn at any time as long as account conditions are met. However, funds originating from bonus credits are subject to the stipulated wagering requirements.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

365judi offers various bonuses and promotions to registered users from time to time. Each bonus is subject to specific terms and rules set at the time it is offered.

Welcome Bonus

New users are entitled to a welcome bonus of 100% of their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 25 times the bonus amount received before the bonus funds and related winnings can be withdrawn.

For example: if you deposit RM100 and receive a RM100 bonus, your balance becomes RM200 and you need to complete wagers totalling RM100 × 25 = RM2,500 before that bonus is eligible for withdrawal.

• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, will result in all involved accounts being terminated.
• 365judi reserves the right to modify, suspend, or end any promotion at any time.

7. Game Rules

All games available on the 365judi platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting, and other categories, each have specific rules that must be followed. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing.

Sports Betting

All bets that have been confirmed and accepted are final. Bets cannot be cancelled after confirmation except in exceptional circumstances such as event cancellation or technical failure caused by the platform. The official results used to settle bets are based on sources recognised by the relevant sports organiser.

Casino Games

All casino games operate using a certified random number generator (RNG) or are run by licensed live dealers. Game results are final and cannot be disputed except in cases of technical error that can be clearly proven.

• The use of automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to play is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to manipulate or cheat the game system will result in immediate account closure.
• Winnings obtained through illegitimate means will be fully forfeited.

8. User Responsibilities

As a user of the 365judi platform, you agree to comply with all of the following responsibilities at all times:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and all subsequent interactions with the platform.
• Ensure that use of the platform is for personal entertainment only and not in a professional or commercial capacity without written permission.
• Not use the platform for any illegal activities, including money laundering or financing of terrorism.

• Not share your account or allow others to use your account.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

365judi reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or any threat to the integrity of the platform. Account closure decisions are final unless substantial evidence can be submitted through the formal appeals process.

Closure at User Request

Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the 365judi customer support team. Before closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to the user via the original payment method, subject to the required compliance checks.

Self-Exclusion

Users who wish to stop gambling activities temporarily or permanently may apply for self-exclusion through our customer support. During an active exclusion period, the account cannot be accessed and no bonuses or promotions will be offered to the user concerned.

10. Changes to Terms

365judi reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of this Terms and Conditions document at any time. Updates will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform's official website.

Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or through their registered email. However, it is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the terms is considered acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, 365judi, its management, staff, partners, and technology providers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from betting or gaming activity.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance, technical failures, or factors beyond our control.
• Any losses arising from inaccurate information provided by the user during registration.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to a user account caused by the user's own negligence.

This platform is provided on an "as is" basis and 365judi makes no written or implied warranties regarding the suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

12. Law & Jurisdiction

The 365judi platform operates under international licensing and complies with the compliance requirements set by the relevant regulatory bodies. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform will be resolved in accordance with the rules and procedures established by the licensed regulatory authority that issued the platform's operating licence.

In the event of any discrepancy between the Malay and English versions of this document, the English version shall take precedence for legal interpretation purposes, unless otherwise stated in writing by 365judi.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the use of online gambling services is lawful under the laws applicable to them based on their respective location and jurisdiction. 365judi does not provide any legal advice to users on this matter.
